Job summary

Maximus is a doctor-led men's health company hiring a part-time Creator & UGC Manager to grow and run our creator program. You’ll own the talent, lock in deals, and ensure timely delivery of ad-ready videos that power paid media.

You will source new creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, structure contracts, manage a roster, and report weekly. Remote, US-time zones preferred; compensation $6-10k/month with potential bonus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years running creator or UGC programs for a DTC brand, agency, or creator marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Find new talent across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube and creator marketplaces.
• Structure contracts and asks with clear deliverables, timelines, and rights.
• Manage a large roster of creators and ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
