Job summary

Dreamlabs is a performance marketing agency seeking a creative UGC Content Creator for fully remote, full-time work. You will produce high-converting short-form video ads for ecommerce brands across Meta, TikTok, and Instagram Reels, filming, editing, and delivering content tailored to each platform while driving performance.

You’ll collaborate with Creative Strategists and editors to bring concepts to life, stay on top of trends, and iterate with feedback to maintain a high creative standard.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating UGC content for paid social campaigns.
• Comfortable speaking confidently on camera and in front of the mic.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and Meta creative best practices.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging UGC-style video content for paid social advertising.
• Film talking-head videos, product demos, testimonials, lifestyle content and trends.
• Edit short-form vertical videos optimized for Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels and other channels.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists, editors and the team throughout production.
• Maintain organized project files and meet production deadlines.
