You will craft hooks, pacing, captions, and visual variety to drive action across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and more.

The role emphasizes adapting editing across multiple brands, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and collaborating with teams to iterate on creative concepts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience with short-form or UGC content.
• Portfolio demonstrating editing across paid social, DTC, or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling, and captions.
• Ability to turn raw footage into cohesive, polished videos.

Responsibilities

• UGC Video Editing: Transform raw footage into polished short-form content.
• Performance Creative: Edit paid social ads with clear hook-to-CTA flow.
• Hooks & Pacing: Craft opening hooks and maintain attention.
• B-Roll & Visuals: Incorporate product footage, lifestyle content, graphics.
• Captions & Text: Add captions and motion elements that enhance rather than overwhelm.
• Creative Iteration: Develop variants by testing hooks, CTAs, lengths, and approaches.
• Platform Optimization: Adapt content for Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
• Brand Alignment: Follow brand guidelines and adjust editing style across brands.
• Feedback & Collaboration: Incorporate feedback and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
