Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience focusing on short-form content.
• Experience creating social media content and/or paid advertising creative.
• Experience producing UGC-style advertisements.
• Experience creating advertising content that contributed to sales is highly valued.
• Experience in beauty or fashion industry is a major plus.
• Graphic design experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Edit engaging short-form videos for social media and paid advertising campaigns.
• Transform raw footage, UGC, product footage, and existing assets into compelling content.
• Develop hooks, pacing, transitions, captions, and visual storytelling to capture attention.
• Adapt content for different platforms, placements, and formats; produce multiple variations for testing.
• Create UGC-style advertisements designed to drive engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing to align creative production with campaign goals and requirements.
• Use performance data and feedback to improve future advertising creative.
