We’re seeking a Content Creator to join our Creative Production team in a full-time, remote role, focusing on TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and authentic UGC-style content.

You’ll ideate, shoot, edit, and optimize videos, collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Marketing teams, manage assets, and stay ahead of platform trends.

Qualifications

• Experience creating engaging content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Ability to shoot and edit short-form video, often with a smartphone.
• Proficient with mobile editing apps and basic desktop software.
• Strong understanding of authentic UGC content.
• Able to work quickly in a fast-paced social media environment.

Responsibilities

• Trendspotting and ideation across TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short-form content.
• Develop UGC-focused strategies and authentic brand content.
• Collaborate with Social Media Manager and Marketing teams.
• Perform basic edits and add overlays and motion graphics.
• Organize and manage digital assets for social use.
• Stay updated on platform best practices and changes.
• Provide insights based on content performance.
