Spotter AI is seeking a creative UGC Content Creator to develop engaging short-form video content for social platforms. You will script, perform, and produce content that resonates with audiences across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

You'll experiment with characters, locations, and storytelling techniques, ensuring high-quality video/audio and timely delivery while collaborating with marketing and creative teams. Remote work is supported with Chicago hours alignment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of UGC content creation experience with tech or B2B brands.
• Portfolio or examples of UGC/video content showing on-camera ability.
• Reliable remote setup for high-quality content production.
• Ability to follow creative direction, scripts, and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging UGC-style video content for social media and campaigns.
• Follow scripts and bring characters, scenarios, and concepts to life on camera.
• Develop and adapt scripts to fit platform and natural feel.
• Produce content beyond talking-head videos using varied elements.
• Use visual and verbal hooks to grab attention within seconds.
• Research trends and apply ideas to new content.
• Record high-quality video and audio with proper equipment.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to meet campaign goals.
• Record multiple variations for A/B testing.
• Incorporate feedback and meet content deadlines.
