Job summary

Core4ce is seeking a Network / Unified Communications SME to lead design, deployment, and ongoing support of Cisco UC Manager and Session Border Controller platforms. The role requires TS clearance and US citizenship, with deep hands-on expertise in Cisco Voice, Call Manager, Unity/UCCX and cloud VoIP services.

Remote, United States based. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, document changes, monitor performance, and drive security initiatives across UC infrastructure with VMware, Linux

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain TS clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Deep knowledge of Cisco Voice infra, Call Manager, Voice Gateways, Unity, and UCCX.
• Experience designing, deploying and sustaining Cloud SaaS VoIP providers.
• 8570 compliant / CCNP Voice OS cert or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration: participate in planning to design cost-effective network solutions.
• Change Control: follow change management and present complex changes.
• Documentation: document items and issues for reference.
• Incident and Request Management: meet SLT/SLA for incidents/requests.
• Knowledge Sharing: share knowledge within the team.
• Project Support and Lead: may lead Enterprise Network Engineering projects.
• Status Reports: submit status reports regularly.
• UC design, plan, deploy, and support Cisco UC Manager and SBC deployments.
• UC Infrastructure Support: provide network support for UC architecture.
• UC Network Administration: install/configure network infra, backups, maintenance.
• Monitoring and Optimization: monitor, diagnose and propose fixes.
• Security: coordinate with security to meet initiatives.
• Technical System Support: collaborate to implement and resolve system issues.
