Job summary

Core4ce is seeking an experienced Network / UC SME to design, deploy, and support the Cisco UC Manager and SBC platforms across multiple sites. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage complex UC infrastructure while ensuring security and performance.

Responsibilities span collaboration, change control, documentation, incident handling, and project leadership as needed. TS clearance and US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Must obtain TS clearance and be a U.S. citizen.
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco Voice infrastructure, Cisco Call Manager, Voice Gateways, Unity and UCCx.
• Experience designing, deploying and sustaining Cloud SaaS VoIP providers.
• 8570 Compliant / CCNP Voice OS cert or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration- participate in planning meetings to propose cost-effective network solutions.
• Documentation- document items, projects, and support issues for reference.
• Incident and Request Management- align with SLT/SLA requirements and change management policies.
• Knowledge Sharing- share technical and non-technical knowledge with the team.
• Project Support and Lead- may lead Enterprise Network Engineering projects.
• Status Reports- provide reports to management.
• UC Engineer- design, deploy, support UC network infrastructure and related systems.
• UC Network Administration- install/configure network infra and backup/recovery processes.
• Monitoring and Optimization- monitor, diagnose, and optimize deployed networks.
• Security- plan and monitor security initiatives with Enterprise Security Architecture.
• Technical System Support- support UC network platform and cross-functional teams.
