Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support U.S. staffing operations in a remote capacity, aligned with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical, government, and federal contracting roles, including candidates with active Top Secret, TS/SCI, and CI Polygraph clearances, using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-powered tools to source, screen, and submit top talent.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of professional recruiting experience.
• Experience managing the complete recruitment process.
• Experience recruiting for roles requiring active federal security clearances.
• Strong knowledge of security clearance categories: Top Secret, TS/SCI, CI Polygraph.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and outreach.
• Strong Boolean/keyword search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job requirements to submission and follow-up.
• Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks, databases, referrals.
• Recruit technical, professional, government, and federal contracting roles.
• Identify candidates with active security clearances (Top Secret, TS/SCI, CI Polygraph).
• Review resumes and assess based on skills, experience, education, location, and compensation.
• Conduct initial telephone or video screening interviews.
• Explain job requirements, work arrangements, and compensation clearly to candidates.
• Negotiate pay rates and terms in line with requirements.
• Prepare accurate submission packages and maintain candidate communications.
• Coordinate interviews and provide preparation and follow-up.
• Maintain recruitment records, notes, and status updates.
• Use AI tools for sourcing, resume analysis, and process improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, account management, business development).
