Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a Home and Auto Insurance Sales Specialist to join our remote-enabled sales team. You will develop new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships while delivering tailored personal lines coverage.

The role requires a valid Property & Casualty license, strong sales acumen, and the ability to work well under pressure in a collaborative environment. A base salary plus commission is offered with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Property and Casualty License.
• Experience in personal lines insurance sales.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment.

• Knowledge of homeowners and personal auto coverage.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong pipeline through prospecting and marketing efforts.
• Present customized insurance solutions for homeowners, auto, umbrella, earthquake and personal articles floaters.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients as trusted advisor.
• Keep clients informed on market trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports on sales performance and account activities.
