COVU, Inc. is seeking a top-performing Personal Lines Sales Agent to connect with clients nationwide on a fully remote platform.

You will build a thriving client portfolio, identify client needs, and close sales using our tech-enabled tools and broad carrier access. The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license, has 5+ years of sales success in personal lines, and excels in communication, prospecting, and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines or P&C license, current licensure in New York.
• 5+ years of success as a licensed agent focused on personal lines.
• Proven track record meeting/exceeding personal lines sales targets.
• Deep knowledge of personal insurance products, policies and underwriting guidance.
• AMS proficiency with EZLynx, Applied Epic, AMS360 or HawkSoft.
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or Zoho.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a thriving personal lines client portfolio using our carrier access and tech.
• Identify client needs and sell the right combination of products for protection.
• Drive new business revenue through prospecting, referrals, and pipeline tools.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience that fosters loyalty and referrals.
