Job summary

Elite Insurance Group seeks a licensed Insurance Sales Representative to generate new business and advise clients across personal and/or commercial lines. This remote role targets the Minnesota market, with candidates residing in Minnesota and holding an active license.

You will build a self-generated pipeline, close sales, and work toward substantial monthly written premium. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in insurance sales, a strong network, and proficiency with EZLynx or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Property & Casualty license required at time of application.
• Minimum of 4 years of insurance sales experience.
• Bilingual: Spanish & English.
• Independent agency experience preferred.
• Personal lines and/or commercial lines sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate new business, close sales, and meet production goals.
• Existing book of business or referral network is highly valued.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience using EZLynx or similar agency management system or CRM.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, coachable with disciplined follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a self-generated pipeline of prospective clients.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, cold outreach, and partnerships.
• Quote, present, and close personal and/or commercial insurance policies.
• Explain coverage options, pricing, and policy terms to clients.
• Consistently work toward monthly written premium and production goals.
• Ask for referrals and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and timely follow-ups.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and smoothly hand off to service/account management.
