Job summary

Acentra Health, LLC in Nogales, AZ is seeking an on-site Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Clinician for a full-time role. The licensed clinician will deliver a full range of EAP services to employees, managers, and the employer organization for a large government agency.

The position requires 40 hours per week, with an on-site schedule Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and occasional travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license as a behavioral health clinician issued by the State of Arizona.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in the EAP/mental health field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct counseling, crisis response, psychoeducational presentations, and outreach for EAP clients.
• Maintain caseloads and client records in accordance with policies.
• Coordinate with supervisors on clinical case staffing and high-risk situations.
• Ensure HIPAA and privacy/security compliance across all activities.
