Job summary

The Access Project is seeking a Tuition and Coaching Coordinator to oversee recruitment, onboarding and management of tutors and coaches delivering online sessions to students. This role supports relationships with external organisations and volunteers, working remotely as part of a busy Delivery team.

You will coordinate scheduling, monitor performance and ensure high-quality student support, leveraging Excel for data and reporting. This is a permanent, full-time, remote UK-wide position.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, solve problems and juggle tasks within a busy team environment.
• Strong presentation and written and oral communication skills, with experience providing front-line client or customer service.
• Proficiency in Excel and confidence in recording and assessing numerical data.
