Job summary

The Access Project is seeking a Tuition and Coaching Coordinator to oversee recruitment, onboarding and management of tutors and coaches delivering online sessions to students. This role supports relationships with external organisations and volunteers, working remotely as part of a busy Delivery team.

You will coordinate scheduling, monitor performance and ensure high-quality student support, leveraging Excel for data and reporting. This is a permanent, full-time, remote UK-wide position.

Summary

The Tuition and Coaching Delivery team oversees every stage of the process - from recruiting, onboarding and training tutors and coaches, to matching, managing and ensuring they have a rewarding experience. Tutors and coaches work online with students in one-hour sessions, offering either academic support or skills-based coaching. This role is central to recruiting, onboarding and managing tutors and coaches and plays a supporting role in managing relationships with external organisations and providers of volunteers.
