Job summary

The University of Arizona Global Campus (UAGC) is seeking a Remote Tuition Assistance Specialist to support active duty military students returning to post-secondary education. You’ll handle TA vouchers, invoices, grade reporting, and student inquiries, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

This is a full-time remote role with comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, at least one year of experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; required.
• 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Log and review Military Tuition Assistance vouchers in CampusVue and save vouchers.
• Review and submit TA invoices weekly to the appropriate branch or office.
• Review student files for grades and submit/update grades in the appropriate portal.
• Advise students and staff via phone/email on TA processes and resolve account/billing inquiries.
