Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 1 year of relevant work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review and log Military TA vouchers in CampusVue, checking course dates and costs.
• Submit TA invoices weekly to the appropriate branch and coordinate with offices by phone or email.
• Verify grades loaded in CampusVue and resubmit or correct grades as needed.
• Advise students and Education Service Offices on TA processes via phone and email.
• Handle account inquiries, billing disputes, and misapplied payments with professional service.
