• Review and process Military Tuition Assistance authorizations (e.g., ArmyIgnitED, MyCAA, DoD services).
• Ensure correct tuition and fee rates are applied to student accounts per DoD policies and university procedures.
• Update student accounts for accurate tuition rates and adjustments.
• Reconcile TA payments and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor TA submissions to ensure timely processing before course start dates.
• Advise students on missing documentation and TA forms.
• Coordinate with academic departments to confirm course details for TA and invoicing.
• Stay informed on changes to DoD policies regarding TA eligibility, rates, caps, and invoicing.
• Participate in training and compliance updates for military education benefits.
