Job summary

Vitaver & Associates, Inc. is seeking a TSDS Product Support Analyst for a fully remote, 12-month project that can be performed from anywhere in the United States. Initial location note shows Austin, Texas.

You will research and resolve TSDS-related support tickets, document solutions, and train teammates, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and the Product Owner to ensure accurate, accessible documentation and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• LEA/vendor-level experience with TSDS and its data collections (8 years).
• Strong customer service and communication experience (8 years).
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (8 years).
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation (8 years).
• Experience training other team members (8 years).
• Preferred: documenting software issues, release notes, and technical guides (8 years).
• Preferred: creating clear, concise technical documentation (8 years).

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve technical support tickets regarding the TSDS and data submissions.
• Prioritize issues requiring deeper investigation or development team involvement.
• Serve as business point of contact for support-related meetings and communications.
• Gain necessary knowledge through available resources and training.
• Create comprehensive and clear technical documentation for end users.
• Ensure documents are accurate and adhere to agency standards and accessibility requirements.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner team to gather information.
