Job summary

ElevenLabs is expanding its trust team to design and implement systems that strengthen platform integrity. You will collaborate across Product, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Engineering to drive accountable growth.

You will own end-to-end process management, build dashboards, deliver risk insights, and report to leadership, guiding policy decisions to balance innovation with safety in a remote-first European environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Security, Trust & Safety Operations, or Risk Operations at a high-growth technology company.
• Experience collaborating with Policy, Legal, or Safety teams.
• Strong communication and ability to translate risk data into clear recommendations.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Process Management - Build and maintain strategic automations and standardized processes that support trust and safety functions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Engineering and Growth teams to drive initiatives that enhance trust infrastructure.
• Leadership Partnership - Provide strategic insights and risk reporting to leadership.
• Data-Driven Strategy - Oversee analytics across trust functions and build dashboards.
• Reporting & Analytics - Design dashboards and KPIs to measure trust and safety performance.
