Job summary

ElevenLabs is expanding its trust team to design and implement systems that strengthen platform integrity. You will collaborate across Product, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Engineering to drive accountable growth.

You will own end-to-end process management, build dashboards, deliver risk insights, and report to leadership, guiding policy decisions to balance innovation with safety in a remote-first European environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Security, Trust & Safety Operations, or Risk Operations at a high-growth technology company.
• Experience collaborating with Policy, Legal, or Safety teams.
• Strong communication and ability to translate risk data into clear recommendations.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative.

About the role

As part of the trust team, you'll collaborate across functions to design and implement systems that streamline trust workflows, enhance decision-making around risk, and support responsible growth. The team operates as strategic advisors to key cross-functional partners - including Product, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Engineering - to drive accountability, insights, and operational integrity across the business.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• End-to-End Process Management - Build and maintain strategic automations and standardized processes that support trust and safety functions, promoting consistency and adoption across the org.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Engineering and Growth teams to drive initiatives that enhance trust infrastructure and operational effectiveness.
• Leadership Partnership - Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, delivering strategic insights, risk reporting, and actionable recommendations.
• Data-Driven Strategy - Oversee analytics across trust functions. Identify risk patterns and areas for improvement; build dashboards and insights that inform policy decisions and guide operational improvements.
• Reporting & Analytics - Lead the design and management of dashboards, reports, and KPIs that measure trust and safety performance and impact.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex risk data into clear recommendations
• 4+ years in Security, Trust & Safety Operations, or Risk Operations at a high-growth technology company
• Proven track record building end-to-end solutions, from data collection and analysis through to execution
• Experience working cross-functionally with Policy, Legal, or Safety teams
• Highly adaptable with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement

Location

This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe. Preference
