Job summary

Clipboard is seeking a Trust & Safety Analyst to protect the integrity of our marketplace. You will manage incident reports from start to finish, delivering empathetic and effective resolutions to customers while taking decisive action against bad actors.

In this role, you will classify incidents, assess severity, and work with Support, Product and Legal teams to implement safety initiatives and policies. Remote-first, fast-paced startup with significant impact.

Responsibilities

• Investigate safety incidents end-to-end and deliver timely resolutions.
• Classify incidents, assess severity, and deactivate appropriately.
• Develop safety initiatives, tools, and processes to reduce incidents.
• Shape safety norms through policy development and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, Legal, and other teams to improve safety outcomes.
• Monitor safety metrics and analyze trends for improvements.
• Serve as subject-matter expert on Trust & Safety policies.
• Improve incident reporting and investigation workflow.
