ATA Services is seeking a part-time attorney with strong experience in trusts, elder law and Medicaid to support Denver's Department of Health Care Policy and Financing. The position is remote but onsite for equipment returns, with 20 hours per week and flexible hours between 9 am–3 pm, including Wednesdays 11–12 pm.

• Must have strong experience with trusts, elder law and Medicaid.
• Ability to draft/review trust instruments and trust accountings.
• Experience applying federal and state regulations to eligibility decisions.

• Review and interpret trust agreements and other documents for medical assistance eligibility.
• Prepare and issue trust determination letters to Medicaid offices.
• Conduct legal research and apply regulations to trust-related eligibility decisions.
• Analyze trust accountings for compliance and eligibility issues.
