Job summary

Zocks is hiring a Trust & Compliance Operations Manager to own vendor due diligence end to end for deals with RIAs and wealth firms. You’ll own VDDQ, RFP, and RFI responses, build a reusable knowledge base, and manage the data room with clear access controls.

You’ll partner with Security, Legal, Engineering, and Product to keep information accurate and timely. This remote role requires 4+ years in regulated B2B SaaS diligence, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience owning VDDQs/RFPs/RFIs end to end in a regulated B2B SaaS environment.
• Knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance frameworks relevant to financial services vendors (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GLBA/Reg S-P, SEC/FINRA).
• Ability to translate technical and legal detail into plain-English, customer-ready language under deadline pressure.
• Experience building repeatable processes (data room taxonomy, knowledge base, SLAs).

Responsibilities

• Own VDDQ, RFP, and RFI responses for all deals, from intake to submission.
• Develop and maintain a living knowledge base of audit-ready answers.
• Manage the due diligence data room, including taxonomy and access controls.
• Coordinate with Security, Legal, Engineering, and Product to source accurate information.
• Define SLAs and report on deals unblocked or accelerated by the function.
