Job summary

Zocks is hiring a Trust & Compliance Operations Manager to own the vendor due diligence process end to end, turning diligence into a self-service function that accelerates deals and builds trust with financial-services buyers. You will own VDDQ/RFP/RFI, build a knowledge base, manage the data room, and collaborate with Security, Legal, Engineering, Product and Sales to surface accurate information quickly.

Qualifications

• 4+ years owning VDDQs/RFPs/RFIs end to end in a regulated B2B SaaS environment.
• Working knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance frameworks relevant to financial-services vendors.
• Ability to translate technical and legal detail into plain-English, customer-ready language under deadline pressure.
• Experience building repeatable process and structure (data room taxonomy, knowledge base, SLAs).
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Security, Legal, Engineering, and Product to source accurate answers without deep technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own the structure and upkeep of the due diligence data room—taxonomy, document versioning, access controls, and visibility.
• Ensure every document reflects Zocks' current security and compliance posture.
• Partner with Engineering to scope and launch a self-service trust center when ready.
• Act as the connective tissue between Security, Legal, Product and Sales/CS to surface accurate information.
• Define and publish an SLA for DDQ/RFP turnaround and report quarterly on deals unblocked by the function.
