Job summary
A financial investment firm is seeking a Fractional Compliance Lead to oversee DDQ and governance. This role is initially performance-based, moving to a retainer as work becomes recurrent. Qualifications
Experience in compliance at a private equity or venture investment platform.
Comfort building policies from scratch in a founder-led environment.
Knowledge of vendor oversight and communications controls.
Responsibilities
Own DDQ readiness and ongoing diligence responses.
Build and maintain the governance stack and code of ethics.
Coordinate AML and KYC workflow and investor onboarding processes.
Skills
Experience in compliance, governance, risk, or operations
Strong DDQ experience
Working knowledge of AML and KYC workflows
Clear communicator
Experience coordinating cybersecurity programs
