Zocks AI is hiring for a remote Trust & Compliance Operations Manager in the United States. You will own VDDQ/RFP/RFI processes end to end, build a searchable knowledge base, manage the data room, and partner with Security, Legal, Engineering, and Product to accelerate deals while maintaining rigorous compliance standards.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in diligence roles, strong security/privacy knowledge, and a track record of creating repeatable processes and SLAs in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience owning VDDQs/RFPs/RFIs end to end in a regulated B2B SaaS environment.
• Working knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GLBA/Reg S-P, SEC/FINRA vendor oversight).
• Ability to translate technical/legal detail into plain-English, customer-ready language under deadline pressure.
• Experience building repeatable processes and structure (data room taxonomy, knowledge base, SLAs).

Responsibilities

• Own the VDDQ, RFP, and RFI process from intake to submission and ensure SLA adherence.
• Build and maintain a living knowledge base of audit-ready answers to recurring questions.
• Own the due diligence data room (taxonomy, versioning, access controls) and ensure current state information.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Security, Legal, Engineering, and Product to source accurate answers and reduce back-and-forth.
