Job summary

First Advantage is seeking a Compliance Specialist to maintain and enhance our Trust Center. You will support SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST programs, and collaborate with Security, Identity, Legal, Engineering, and Product teams to gather evidence and track remediation.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years in compliance or information security, a bachelor’s degree, and a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Remote US-based role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, risk management, or information security (1–4 years).
• Familiarity with SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST.
• Experience with Trust Center platforms like Drata or Vanta is desirable.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the Trust Center with up-to-date security and compliance information.
• Support SOX program and other frameworks.
• Collaborate with Security, Identity, Legal, Engineering, and Product teams to gather evidence and track remediation.
• Monitor compliance risks and propose improvements.
