Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking an IT Security Administrator for a remote nationwide role. You will partner with IT and security teams to support audits, validate evidence, and drive compliance across HIPAA, SOC, NIST, CIS.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in systems, security operations, or infrastructure, with Windows, AD, M365/Azure, and IAM knowledge. You will document controls, manage audit requests, and help remediate findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Operations, or Security Operations.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, AD, M365, Azure, and enterprise networking.
• Experience supporting technical audits, compliance assessments, or regulatory reviews.
• Knowledge of IAM concepts and privileged account management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical resource for audits, compliance assessments, and customer security reviews.
• Coordinate collection and validation of technical evidence for security controls.
• Maintain knowledge of system architecture, network topology, and security controls.
• Document control implementations and procedures to support compliance initiatives.
• Track audit requests and ensure timely evidence delivery.
