Baker Tilly is seeking a Manager to join our Tribal Government accounting and grants management practice. You will deliver ongoing accounting services and grant management functions to clients with strong emphasis on timely, accurate reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and at least 5 years of related experience in not-for-profit/government settings, with excellent communication and travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience, not-for-profit and/or governmental experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to deliver exceptional client service across multiple channels.

Aufgaben

• Performs operational, accounting, and consulting services for Tribal governments, including monthly closing, grants management, grant reporting, and financial reporting to key decision makers.
• Prepares polished deliverables for clients and ensures timely client deliverables.
• Develops policies and procedures on key accounting matters.
• Collaborates with clients to understand current practices and assist in defining new processes and updated policies.
