Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Manager to deliver ongoing accounting services and grant management for Tribal government clients within our Consulting practice.

The role focuses on high‑quality client service, strong relationships and delivering timely financial reporting, monthly close, and policy development. Occasional travel (10–15%) and a Bachelor's in Accounting with 5+ years of experience are required; MS Office and government accounting software proficiency is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience, government or not-for-profit preferred.
• Experience with grants management and financial reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and client service focus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Performs monthly close, grants management, grant reporting and financial reporting for Tribal governments.
• Prepares polished deliverables and ensures timely client deliverables.
• Develops policies and procedures on key accounting matters.
• Collaborates with clients to understand processes and improve them.
• Travels to client locations or trainings as needed (10–15%).
• Leads and reviews work to ensure accuracy within the Business Consulting Services team.
