Job summary

Bodwé Group, the Professional Services Group of Mno-Bmadsen, seeks an experienced Tribal Construction Project Coordinator to review contract plans for constructability, oversee renovation projects, and ensure material/workmanship compliance.

You will work with tribal communities in remote locations, manage construction projects valued across residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments, and coordinate with diverse teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Ten years of relevant experience in construction or construction management.
• Experience working with tribal communities in remote locations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required legal travel documents (Real ID/Passport) and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Experience with tribal communities in remote locations.
• Ten years of experience in construction engineering or a technical specialty.
• Experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use construction projects.
• Support the construction team with day-to-day operational needs and special projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, contracts, and technical documents.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Effective communication with diverse teams, vendors, and community stakeholders.
• Familiarity with construction software tools, scheduling applications, and standard office software.
• Support renovation projects from start to finish and perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Experience with Federal Construction projects is strongly preferred.
