A regional construction organization is seeking a Construction Coordinator to oversee residential projects. This role involves planning, scheduling, and managing budgets while ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management abilities, a valid residential contractor’s license, and an understanding of the local tribes' needs. Provide oversight for construction activities while maintaining communication with stakeholders and implement corrective actions as necessary. Qualifications

• Strong project management skills required.
• Must have a current residential contractor’s license or willingness to attain one within 6 months.
• Understanding of the culture and needs of the Tribes of the Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta region.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, budget, and direct construction activities.
• Monitor and control project through direction of on-site superintendent.
• Prepare reports on daily work progress and costs.
