You will coordinate resources, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to plans and specifications while collaborating with senior management and clients.

This role requires ten years of relevant experience, ability to obtain Real ID/Passport, and travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or architectural discipline from an accredited college.
• Ten years of relevant specialized experience in construction or construction management.
• Experience with tribal communities in remote locations.
• Must obtain Real ID or Passport for travel and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large and complex construction projects with tribal communities in remote locations.
• Coordinate resources, field activities, trades, and ensure plans and specs adherence.
• Develop and manage project budgets, expenditures, and financial decisions.
• Read and interpret drawings, contracts, and technical documents.
• Ensure safety and quality through strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making.
• Communicate effectively with diverse teams, vendors, and community stakeholders.
• Travel to project sites; comply with PPE and site conditions; be prepared for atypical hours.
