Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Must possess and maintain a valid New Mexico driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction on project approach including involvement of engineers, architects, and design considerations.
• Prepare project cost estimates as concept budgets or schematic budgets.
• Assist in Tribal Council presentations with project updates or funding requests.
• Coordinate competitive bid packages and review with departments.
