Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Global Program Manager in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space to drive large-scale, cross-functional program execution across drug development and commercialization initiatives.

You will align functional leaders, build integrated plans, manage risks, and sustain timely delivery in a matrixed organization with external collaborators. Remote US-based role is required.

Qualifications

• Doctorate with 2+ years relevant experience or advanced degrees as listed.
• Experience in drug development and commercialization functions.
• Strong program and project management skills in healthcare.
• Proven ability to influence in a matrixed organization.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies in biopharma.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional leads to create integrated cross-functional plans.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment and accountability among teams.
• Facilitate resource planning and financial assessments as needed.
• Conduct risk management and develop contingency plans.
• Coordinate activities with external partners to ensure outcomes.
• Drive timely completion of annual work package goals.
• Document issues and decisions from team meetings.
