Job summary

Ladders, a leader in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech, seeks a Clinical Team Manager (CTM) - FSP to oversee clinical operations and quality execution across studies, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and documentation stay on track.

This remote US-based role partners with study teams and external sites to start-up trials, coordinate activities, and resolve issues promptly, while advancing standardized processes and compliant study performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of clinical trial management experience.
• Understanding of ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical operations and quality aspects of studies.
• Develop clinical tools and ensure timely setup of the Trial Master File.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and lead meetings to maintain project timelines.
• Monitor clinical trial performance and manage deliverables and reports.
• Communicate with study sites regarding various study-related issues.
