Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Global Project Manager, Home Trial Services to lead remote clinical trial visits and coordinate study-specific plans on global programs.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring regulatory alignment and acting as the main point of contact for clients and teams. Candidates should have strong communication and at least 5 years in clinical trials management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical trials management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation and execution of home visits for clinical trials
• Develop study-specific plans and training materials
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
• Evaluate healthcare professionals' qualifications for project involvement
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Ensure compliance with local regulations for remote study activities
• Act as primary contact for client and project team inquiries
