Job summary

CURIS Connect seeks a Remote Telephone Triage Nurse to deliver high-quality, compliant clinical care by phone. You will assess symptoms, review lab results, and guide patients with evidence-based recommendations while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

Minimum 2 years nursing experience and an active RN license (MN or WY) are required. The shift runs 2:30pm–11:00pm EST, with a preference for candidates in PST/MST/CST time zones and proficiency with EHR/telehealth tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in MN or WY.
• Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience in primary, urgent care, or ER settings.
• Experience with telephone triage or telehealth preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Proficient with EHR and digital health tools.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patients via phone using protocols and decision-support tools.
• Educate and empower patients with evidence-based information and care steps.
• Process medication refills when appropriate in coordination with providers.
• Review lab results and provide clear guidance and follow-up instructions.
• Document interactions accurately in the EHR and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity and patient satisfaction.
• Identify urgency and escalate when immediate attention is required.
