Job summary

FEDlogic, LLC is seeking a Triage Specialist to serve as the first line of contact for incoming consultation requests. You will analyze intake information, assess urgency, document customer needs, and route cases to the appropriate Expert team for expert consultation.

In this remote role with light travel, you will ensure timely routing, proper categorization, and adherence to process rules, while maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and a high standard of customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in customer service, healthcare navigation, or case management.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills; detail oriented.
• Experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, Google Workspace, Slack; basic MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Case Intake & Evaluation: review cases for completeness and urgency.
• Routing & Assignment: assign cases to the correct Expert based on type and workload.
• Compliance & Documentation: ensure intake info meets standards and disclosures.
• Coordinate handoffs between Triage, Experts, QA, and CWC teams.
• Any additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
