Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent Treasury/banking operations, project, or process-improvement experience.
• Minimum 4 years of Treasury Management or related operational experience.
• Professional certifications preferred (CPA not required).

• Analyze Treasury Management support and related data to identify trends and opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, visibility, and client experience.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives from intake through implementation.
• Develop, maintain, and improve procedures, job aids, and process maps for consistent execution.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management leaders and stakeholders to define requirements and coordinate testing.
• Support data collection, reporting, dashboards, and performance measurement.
• Participate in system enhancement, automation, and workflow testing.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and adapt to changing business needs.
