Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration with emphasis in accounting, finance or auditing.
• 3 years progressive treasury/corporate finance experience in healthcare or regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial banking, investment management, OCIO and other funding relationships, directing daily cash positioning and liquidity planning.
• Coordinate debt issuance, refinancing activities, and evaluate financing alternatives for capital projects.
• Lead continuing disclosure filings, annual financial statements and post-issuance compliance reviews.
• Oversee insurance programs, risk-retention strategies, and self-insurance accounting and projections.
• Prepare materials for treasury committee meetings and support consolidated reporting for affiliated entities.
