Job summary

Draper seeks a Treasury Manager to lead the Treasury function, supervise staff, and collaborate with internal and external partners to manage investments, pensions, debt, and insurance programs. You will forecast cash needs, support reporting, and ensure compliance across portfolios and plans.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and ability to interact with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent, required; advanced degree (MBA or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance).
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance or treasury; CFA/CTP/CPA preferred; familiarity with government contracting and investment portfolios reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Treasury function and supervise Treasury Analyst and others supporting Treasury projects.
• Collaborate with investment managers on strategies and analysis to ensure portfolios comply with policies and due diligence.
• Lead corporate insurance program with brokers, underwriters, and management.
• Oversee cash flow projections and liquidity management, including line of credit and cash accounts.
• Interface with external providers and internal teams (HR, Internal Audit, Accounting, Legal) to review retirement plans.
• Manage internal and external audits related to pensions, investments and debt.
• Prepare and present to the Finance Committee on investments and retirement plan financials.
