Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Principal, Treasury & Banking to lead treasury operations, liquidity management, and external banking relationships. You will oversee day-to-day cash positioning, forecasting, investments, and internal controls, partnering with Finance, Accounting, FP&A and executive leadership to align treasury activities with enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in treasury, cash management, banking, or corporate finance.
• Experience leading cash and liquidity management, treasury systems, investments, and banking relationships.
• Experience providing analysis and treasury guidance to senior leadership.
• Participation in compliance programs and governance.
• Ability to interact cooperatively with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day treasury operations, cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and working capital management.
• Oversee banking relationships, credit facilities, and treasury service providers.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of treasury/cash management systems.
• Manage the investment portfolio with external managers and related reporting.
• Develop and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Accounting on cash forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Provide treasury guidance on liquidity, investments, risk, and governance to leadership.
• Prepare Board/executive reporting on liquidity and treasury risk exposure.
• Support audits related to treasury, cash management, and banking relationships.
