Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Principal, Treasury & Banking to lead treasury operations and liquidity strategies. You will oversee cash positioning, forecasting, banking relationships, and investment activities to strengthen financial stability and efficiency.

In partnership with finance and executive leadership, you will drive treasury governance, reporting, and risk management, ensuring strong controls and regulatory compliance while enabling strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in treasury, cash management, banking, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day treasury operations, including cash positioning and liquidity forecasting.
• Oversee banking relationships, credit facilities, and treasury service providers.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of treasury and cash management systems to enhance automation, operational efficiency, and internal controls.
• Manage the company’s investment portfolio, coordinating with external investment managers and reporting performance.
• Develop, maintain and enhance treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls in line with risk governance.
• Partner with FP&A and Accounting on cash forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting for banking needs.
• Provide treasury expertise and recommendations to Finance and leadership on liquidity, investments and risk.
• Prepare and support Board reporting related to liquidity, investment performance, and risk exposure.
• Support audits related to treasury, cash management, banking relationships and investments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, banking and internal governance requirements, including covenants.
