Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Principal, Treasury & Banking to oversee treasury operations, liquidity management, banking relationships, and investment activities supporting financial stability and operational efficiency.

This role leads daily cash management, forecasting, and treasury systems while partnering with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and executive leadership to ensure prudent financial governance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of treasury, cash management, banking or corporate finance experience.
• Experience managing cash, liquidity, treasury systems, and banking relationships; senior leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day treasury operations including cash positioning and liquidity forecasting.
• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and treasury providers.
• Lead selection and implementation of treasury and cash management systems to enhance automation and controls.
• Manage company investment portfolio and coordinate with external investment managers.
• Develop and maintain treasury policies and internal controls.
• Partner with FP&A and Accounting on cash forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting.
• Provide treasury insights to senior leadership on liquidity, banking, investments and risk.
• Support Board and executive reporting on liquidity and investment performance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits related to treasury and cash management.
