Climate First Bank is hiring a Treasury Management Specialist to support implementation, servicing, and ongoing maintenance of commercial Treasury Management and Business Online Banking clients. You will ensure accurate system configurations and client setups in line with approvals and internal controls.

The role involves implementing and maintaining relationships, handling ACH, wires, RDC, and online banking services, and collaborating with clients, bankers, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum One year of hands-on Jack Henry banking system experience required; SilverLake and/or Jack Henry Treasury Management experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum Five years of experience in Treasury Management, business banking, electronic banking, deposit operations, or a related banking operations environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of ACH, wires, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, commercial online banking, user access, permissions, transaction limits, and dual-control concepts.
• Experience with banking-system setup, maintenance, client implementation, and translating approved documentation into accurate system configurations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, client-service, written communication, and verbal communication skills; AAP, CTP, or a related certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Implement and maintain Treasury Management and Business Online Banking relationships for clients.
• Configure client profiles, accounts, users, roles, entitlements, and payment services in banking systems.
• Provide support for ACH origination, wires, Positive Pay, RDC, Mobile Deposit, and business payments.
• Review enrollment docs for completeness and accuracy; ensure services match approvals.
• Troubleshoot client access and system issues; coordinate with clients, bankers, and vendors as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of implementations and changes; adhere to security and dual-control procedures.
