Qualifications

• Three or more years banking experience with a focus on treasury management/cash management.
• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent experience of 4+ years in banking and/or Treasury Management in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Sell treasury management solutions and price/structure products.
• Develop customer proposals and drive TM opportunities.
• Proactively builds internal relationships with regional partners and relationship managers to drive TM opportunities.
• Cross-sell other bank products and monitor competitor offerings to improve products.
• Manage Banker relationships with routine 1:1’s and relationship plans.
• Maintain weekly/monthly sales results and ensure accurate data entry.
• Assist outbound calling and offer new solutions to clients to keep Huntington as primary banking relationship.
• May mentor other Treasury Management colleagues and act as a change agent for product strategies.
