Wisetack’s Treasury team powers money movement across our platform, collaborating closely with Product and Data Engineering to ensure accuracy among merchants, borrowers, and capital partners. We seek a Financial Operations Analyst II, Treasury to run, improve, and automate critical workflows using SQL, Python, and AI tools.

This role combines a finance mindset with technical curiosity to build scalable, reliable processes and to support the broader Finance team with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years professional experience in finance operations or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL is essential for day-to-day tasks.
• Python experience is a plus; willingness to learn is required.
• Automation mindset and ability to use AI tools to write and debug queries.
• Strong Excel skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Run, improve, and automate critical money movement workflows.
• Read, debug, and modernize existing SQL and Python pipelines.
• Build and maintain automation scripts to streamline functions.
• Empower cross-functional teams with loan data and processes expertise.
• Perform ad hoc data analyses and communicate insights clearly.
• Create validations and governance controls to protect against fraud.
