Mercury is seeking a hands-on Treasury Operations Analyst to own day-to-day cash management, reporting, and automation. You will design and build tools to replace manual spreadsheets, manage cash movements, forecasting, and bank relationships, while aligning with finance and accounting teams.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in treasury/FP&A, strong data modeling skills, and experience automating processes. Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, and NetSuite is a plus in a fintech setting.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in treasury operations, corporate treasury, FP&A, or related finance role.
• Experience designing and implementing automated processes to scale Treasury operations.
• Proficiency with SQL and data tooling; familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP/GL systems.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and approve daily cash movements across Mercury's accounts with proper authorization.
• Maintain daily cash positioning and reporting across operating, reserve, and partner accounts.
• Design and build automated cash and liquidity reporting and dashboards to reduce manual processes.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Data teams to ensure accurate GL postings and data feeds.
